Rumors have been circulating since the Madoff scandal emerged that former CHRB Chair Richard Shapiro was one of the casualties. After a wee bit of digging and a few phone calls, I'd put some of the picture together. Finally today I was able to get the client list, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. Scoop? No such luck.
