holy septegenarians! My wife and I spent almost a month in FLA on honeymoon 20 yrs ago and we were struck by the same crowd when we wer in south central FLA. We had gone to eat and were clearly the youngest in the restaurant by a good 35 yrs! oh well, you should at least have the quickness advantage when queuing up for a beer!
I was amused to learn that Presque Isle is offering regularly scheduled 'shuttles' from the parking lot to the casino, complete with heated shelters ... I realize that Erie can get a bit cold (it's about 10F right now here), and I haven't been by yet, so maybe it really is a hike ... but it strikes me as a sign of who they'll be catering to. That, and the fact that we're getting lazy.
Nellie, at Gulfstream they offer shuttles to a nearby bank. When the original slots law was passed in Florida it prohibited ATMs on site. Thus, the granny has to board a shuttle so that she can get more of her social security check to blow on the one armed bandits.
